Executive Assistant & Office Manager 

Sherrie joined Galbally Parker Lawyers in January 2021 as a personal assistant. Since that time, her role as expanded to that of an Executive Assistant and includes more roles, including invoicing, office management and billing. More recently, she has been promoted to Office Manager to assist in managing the practical aspects of running a busy and dynamic law practice. For all practical matters, Sherrie will be the first point of contact for our clients, bringing her exceptional customer service and client relationships skills to the task.

Prior to joining our team, Sherrie worked for Victoria Police in the Police Enquiries and Data Sharing Department. This experience is an asset to our firm, as she is familiar with the recording keeping processes within Victoria Police which we use to our advantage when issuing subpoenas and making disclosure requests.

Prior to working for Victoria Police, Sherrie completed a Bachelor of Criminology (Honours) and Bachelor of Psychological Science. She has years of experience in customer service and administration and also obtained a Certificate IV in business, comprising of a Certificate IV in Human Resources and Certificate IV in Frontline Management. She is currently undertaking a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, so that she can expand her role within the firm.

Sherrie enjoys a number of hobbies including exploring Melbourne with her dog, Xena, collecting coins, baking, reading and playing the violin. She also spent 6 years volunteering for the State Emergency Services.

Sherrie is passionate about organization and planning. She endeavours to make the lives of our lawyers, barristers and clients easier.
